Loan programs built for your situation
Whether you are buying your first home, refinancing, or building on land, we have a loan structure designed for where you are. Your loan officer will walk you through the fit and the numbers.
-
Conventional mortgages
The most common path to homeownership. Fixed or adjustable rates, terms from 10 to 30 years, and flexibility on down payment depending on your circumstances.
-
Jumbo loans
For properties that exceed conventional loan limits. We work with borrowers on larger mortgages with the same personal attention you receive on every loan.
-
FHA and VA loans
Loans backed by federal programs that open doors for first-time buyers and those who have served. We handle the paperwork and guide you through the process.
A process designed for clarity
You will know where you stand at every stage. Pre-qualification gives you a clear picture of your buying power. We lock your rate when the time is right. And your officer keeps you informed all the way through to the day you close.
How the mortgage process works
Understand what you can afford
Before you start house hunting, meet with your loan officer to review your finances and explore loan options. This conversation takes an hour and gives you a clear sense of your budget and borrowing power.
Get your paperwork in motion
Once you find a property, we move quickly. Your officer submits your full application and guides you through documentation. We order an appraisal and begin the underwriting process, keeping you posted at each milestone.
Sign and move in
Your officer coordinates the final walkthrough, explains all closing documents, and ensures you understand every line. We schedule closing on your timeline, and you walk out with the keys to your new home.
Questions about our loan programs
Find answers to common questions. If you have something else on your mind, call or email your loan officer—they are ready to help.
What documents do I need to provide when I apply?
We will ask for recent pay stubs, W2s or tax returns, bank statements, and a list of your debts and assets. Your loan officer will tell you exactly what we need based on your situation, and we keep the process as simple as possible.
How long does the mortgage process take?
Most loans close within 30 to 45 days of application. The timeline depends on how quickly you provide documents, how your appraisal comes in, and whether any issues come up in underwriting. Your officer will give you a realistic estimate and keep you on track.
Can I lock my interest rate?
Yes. We offer rate locks at different points in the process. Your loan officer will discuss when locking makes sense for your situation and what protections come with it.
